THE HULA GIRLS WOULD LOVE YOUR HELP

The Hula Express Girls are holding their June 2009 Charity Auction Night  at Milanosin Brighton.

We are expecting over 300 people to attend our Auction night.

In 2008, we raised a total of $47 000 which aided fundraising for the Variety signature event, the Bash, which travelled from Melbourne to Yeppoon. Variety approved a much needed grant for a teenage girl, close to our hearts, who suffers from Rhett Syndrome.

The decision for us to participate again in 2009 was extremely easy. This was partly due to the gratification of being a part of 100 cars and fantastic crews who raised approx $1.34 million to assist special needs and disadvantaged children across Victoria. Throughout our journey, the joy we had in witnessing the pleasure the schools and communities who benefited from the donations presented to them was enormous. How could we not be a part of such a great fundraising event again?

The other reason is knowing how generous Victorians are when coming to the aid of others less fortunate than themselves and in extreme need of assistance. Needless to say, we are now seeking your help to achieve an even greater goal which will assist Variety during this time of great need. This was evident with the devastation of the Victorian bushfires in 2009.

Without the support of sponsors and supporters, Variety the Children's Charity (Vic) would be unable to offer assistance through grants and community support to those in need in Victoria.
